work as property consultants to take our clients through the whole
process of buying their ideal home in Bulgaria. We work directly with
developers and through a limited selection of professional estate
agents in Bulgaria. The estate agent market can be problematic in
Bulgaria and we know the agents we have selected will show our customers
the same high level of service as we demand of ourselves. We deal with the developers and estate agents on your behalf. It is largely a transparent process for the client. We work for the client and have no ties to the seller of the property. By working with a range of professional key estate agents and developers we offer our clients the widest choice. We have extensive of the Bulgarian market. Two of our Directors
are native Bulgarians. We give impartial advice to clients –
even to the extent of sometimes losing the sale!. We like to work on a high level of trust with our clients and
give a high level of advice prior to any commitment on the client’s
behalf. In order to protect our company, our clients and our partners
in Bulgaria, we ask our clients to download, and sign our standard
agreement form prior to any negotiation on property or visit to
