Service Agreement

We have extensive of the Bulgarian market. Two of our Directors are native Bulgarians. We give impartial advice to clients – even to the extent of sometimes losing the sale!.
Developments and property on the site have been carefully selected to appeal to an Irish and UK market. In addition, we find specific property for clients. If you do not see a property you like on the site then please complete the enquiry form here and we will search for property to your specific criteria.
We also deal with the legal aspect of the sale through our partner barrister company. In addition, we work with building company, property management company and furniture manufacturer to offer our clients as close to a total package solution as possible.

We like to work on a high level of trust with our clients and give a high level of advice prior to any commitment on the client’s behalf. In order to protect our company, our clients and our partners in Bulgaria, we ask our clients to download, and sign our standard agreement form prior to any negotiation on property or visit to Bulgaria.
