The resort is famous from ancient times, due to its unique combination of mountain air, mineral springs and sea. Its construction began in 1908 in the vicinity of St.St. Konstantin and Elena monastery. The beach strip in the resort is around 5km long and 20-30 m wide covered with golden sand. The reso rt disposes of many mineral springs, balneo-centers, outdoor mineral pool and others tourist facilities. More than 50 hotels in the resort offer accommodation, equipped with swimming pools, lobby-bars, confectioneries, restaurants, fitness halls and other additional facilities.
