We are here for the long term and believe our level of experience and contacts in the Bulgarian market means we can offer the clients the most complete package.

Buyinbulgaria know we cannot possibly cover the complete market and services to fulfil our clients’ requirements. We have gathered a team of companies around us to enable us act as a complete service provider for the Bulgarian market.

We act directly as agent for Fort Noks Ltd. Fort Noks is the best Bulgarian property Development Company and specialize in developments along the Black Sea Coast, centered around Sunny Beach.

We are very fortunate to have business partnership with Atelie Botev Ltd, a furniture manufacturer and renovation company, based in Sofia. We are very pleased to have such a well-known company working with us and we can offer full furniture fit out for your apartment for a very attractive price.

Our legal team is Legacon Ltd headed by Angel Dinkov, a barrister. Legacon are based in Burgas. They look after all the legal aspects of company set-up and property deed searching to ensure the client’s property is legally transferred to him.

Peter Dimov runs property Management Services Bulgaria. In addition to full letting service, Peter also can complete renovations and repairs to houses and apartments.

We also rely on a select few smaller estate agents in Bulgaria to identify houses and apartments for our clients. We do ‘’cherry pick’’ their offerings to us for a selection we believe is best suited to our Ireland buying audience.

Buyinbulgaria, of course, also source specific properties for clients. This can range from old abandoned villages, to Hotels in Ski and Beach Resorts, to house in heritage towns and we have also been asked to source farms for clients.
