was established in 2002 to assist people in purchasing property in Bulgaria.Over the past 6 years the company has assisted many clients in their purchase of property. The company now specialises in land sales in Bulgaria while the apartment sales continue on a small number of developments. We opened our office in Sunny Beach in 2004 and this office is open during the Summer Season from June to September. Our office in Sofia is shared with our partner furniture company - BG Services and is used as our main liaison office in Bulgaria. Tom Fingleton started Memtech International Irl Ltd in 1999, originally as a marketing consultancy company. Tom is a Chartered Electronics Engineer and has spent over 20 years in Sales/Marketing with NEC, Samsung and a range of Irish company start ups. Buyinbulgaria was established in late 2001 to look at opportunities in the Bulgarian market. Desislava Ivanova is the second Director of Memtech International and lives in Sofia. She is a graduate of the University of Sofia in Fine Art and comes to the company with 8 years experience in working for International companies in Sofia. Desislava is the Relationship Director handling all the developers in Bulgaria for the company. |
